These terms govern your use of DTFWiz Gang Sheet Builder ("the App") as a Shopify merchant. By installing or using the App you agree to them.
The service
The App provides a gang sheet builder for your storefront and merchant tools to manage the resulting orders and print files. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Fees
The App is billed through Shopify's Billing API as a usage fee — a percentage of each gang sheet order processed through the App (shown to you when you approve the charge on install). Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Test/development stores are not charged real fees.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the products, pricing, and orders in your store, and for fulfilling them.
- You and your customers are responsible for having the rights to any artwork uploaded through the builder.
- You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content.
Print files & output
The App generates print-ready files from customer designs. While it includes resolution and transparency checks, you are responsible for reviewing files before printing. Print results depend on your equipment, materials, and settings.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin, which ends future billing. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
